Policy Overview

Shilpagya creates marble sculptures through a structured production process that includes design approval, marble block selection, carving, detailing, and finishing.

Because many of our sculptures are made-to-order or customized for specific temples, institutions, and private spaces, cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the production stage.

This policy explains when cancellations are permitted, how refunds are processed, and the conditions that apply to custom marble sculpture commissions.

Order Cancellation Terms

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided marble block selection and production have not started.

In such cases, the advance payment will be refunded after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges.

Once marble block selection, carving, or detailing has started, cancellations are limited.

Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting material costs, artisan labor, and administrative expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the sculpture has been completed or prepared for dispatch.

Custom Marble Sculpture Orders

Custom marble sculptures, including made-to-order temple murtis, portrait statues, and sculptures created for specific spaces, are produced based on approved design specifications.

Once the client has approved drawings, proportions, or reference models and carving has begun, advance payments are non-refundable.

Changes requested after production starts may involve additional charges and revised timelines.

Due to the custom nature of these sculptures, completed custom orders are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines typically range between 7–14 business days, depending on banking and international transaction procedures.

For international orders, intermediary bank fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer deductions may apply and are outside our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We take careful measures in packaging and dispatching marble sculptures.

If a sculpture arrives damaged or incorrect, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or video documentation.

Upon verification, we will assess repair, replacement, or resolution options based on the nature of the issue.

Claims submitted after the inspection window may not be eligible for review.

Shipping & Transit Responsibility

Shipping timelines vary based on sculpture size, customization level, and destination.

Once the sculpture has been dispatched through an agreed shipping partner, transit timelines are subject to carrier operations and customs procedures.

Shilpagya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, regulatory inspections, or international freight disruptions.
