Delivery Scope
Shilpagya supports delivery planning for completed marble sculptures, but delivery is handled as a coordinated process, not a bundled product service.
Scope includes:
- Protective packing suitable for marble sculpture transport.
- Dispatch coordination from Jaipur to the destination location.
- Domestic and international delivery arranged based on project needs.
- Use of third-party transport or logistics providers when required.
- Delivery terms are discussed and confirmed individually for each project.
Installation Support
Installation requirements vary depending on sculpture size, location, and site conditions. Installation is not assumed unless clearly discussed.
- Installation responsibilities are clarified before dispatch.
- In some cases, only placement guidance is provided to local handlers
- Local installation teams may be coordinated when required
Risk & Handling Responsibility
Once a sculpture is handed over to the transport provider, responsibility for handling and transit rests with the carrier and receiving party.
Buyers are expected to inspect the sculpture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage during transit must be reported immediately to the transport provider.
Shilpagya is not liable for damage caused during transportation, unloading, or site handling beyond agreed responsibilities.
This clarity protects both parties.
International & Special Deliveries
For international projects, export-grade packing and documentation support may be provided based on destination requirements.
Customs clearance, duties, local regulations, and final delivery are handled in coordination with third-party agents and discussed on a project basis.
All international and special-location deliveries are planned individually.
