Shilpagya is a marble sculpture practice based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The business specializes in the creation of handcrafted marble sculptures for religious, institutional, public, and architectural spaces.
Scope of Services
Shilpagya undertakes project-based marble sculpture work, including custom marble murtis, full-size statues, marble busts, portrait sculptures, and installation-oriented sculptural projects.
All services are commissioned individually and executed based on approved scope, size, references, and placement requirements. Shilpagya does not operate as a ready-stock retail marketplace or instant-delivery service.

No work is initiated until project details such as sculpture type, dimensions, references, placement, and scope are reviewed and mutually approved.
Once approvals are finalized, any change in size, design, detailing, or reference material may result in revised timelines and costs.

Timelines & Delivery

Delivery, transportation, and installation arrangements are discussed separately based on project location and scale.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All custom-made marble sculptures are non-returnable.
Cancellations requested after work has commenced may not be eligible for refunds. Any consideration of refunds or adjustments is handled strictly on a case-by-case basis at Shilpagya’s discretion.
Governing Law & Updates
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Shilpagya reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
